Bring a photo ID and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have insurance or payment questions, call our office before your visit and we will talk them through. The New Patient Intake Form must be filled out 24 hours before your appointment or the appointment will be cancelled.

First visits run longer than a routine adjustment so we have time for a complete consultation, exam, and — when appropriate — your first treatment the same day. If you need a time estimate to plan your day, just ask when you book.

For most people, no. Adjustments are gentle and many patients feel relief right away. You may hear a soft "pop" as pressure releases from a joint — that's normal and not painful. We tailor every technique to your comfort and explain what we're doing first.

Yes. Chiropractic is a widely recognized, conservative, drug-free approach for many musculoskeletal conditions. After your exam we'll flag anything outside our scope and refer you to the right provider when that's the better path.
